Skill Gradation Test offers a certificate based on a test of three identified employability skill areas. The areas tested are aptitude (math, logic, aptitude, problem solving), language skills (Reading Comprehension, Verbal ability, typing) and temperament (psychometric testing). These skills are directly mapped to various job profiles of sales, secretarial work, tele calling, data entry, data processing, store front and field staff.
