Profiling and Mapping Solutions for NEN

Case: National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) (www.nenonline.org) plans to train trainers in India who will impart entrepreneurship training students nationwide. The cost of training these trainers is considerably high, prompting NEN to search for a cost effective solution.
Solution: Quetzal designed a profiling and skill mapping solution for NEN. The solution maintains the profile of each trainer which enables trainers to be trained according to the actual requirement leading to considerable cost savings for NEN. The designed profiling tests includes-

  1. Battery of objective tests to evaluate the entrepreneurial ability, marketing, accounting, financial understanding, and general awareness of trainers.
  2. Behavioral tests to assess their passion, creativity, motivational and teaching ability.
  3. Subjective questionnaire to test understanding and personal background, entrepreneurial ability, networking and commitment.
